1I am looking for Food Safety Manager class that is required by City to operate my restaurant/food serving outlet. Am I at the right place?
Yes you are the right place. We provides classroom training and online certification exam package. On successful passing you get your “Food Safety Manager” certification from ServSafe©.
2What type of training you provide?
We provide choice of classroom or online training. Classroom training is conducted by ServSafe certified instructors. It consist of videos, presentation and interactive question answer session. Duration of the training is approximately 3 hours.
3What is online exam? Can I take it at my home or office?
Online exam are done on a computer/laptop. With online exam you get your result and certificate instantly.
You cannot take Food Protection Manager exam at home. A registered proctor needs to be present to administer the exam. You will have to come to our office for the exam.

4I booked online exam only. Can I change it to classroom training and online exam
5I can not make it to the appointment, Can I reschedule?
If you can not make it to the chosen date and time for the classroom training, online training or exams; you can reschedule them. There are no rescheduling fees up to 90 days. All reschedule requests after 90 days of the original class or exam dates are subject to a reschedule fee of $75.00 to $125.00. In case of weather emergencies or if we cancel the class, no fees will be charged.
6Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Unfortunately no, as all sales are final. However you can reschedule the exam or training session. There are no rescheduling fees up to 90 days. All reschedule requests after 90 days of the original class or exam dates are subject to a reschedule fee of $75.00 to $125.00.
7Do you offer any group discounts?
Yes we do. Group discounts are available for group of 5 and above. Please use discount code GROUP5 during checkout to avail the discount.
8What if I fail the exam?
If you fail the exam on your first attempt, you can retake the exam immediately. Retake fee is $99.00. If you fail on your second attempt you need to wait for 2 months before you can retake the exam.
