To Access your online course you will have to register an account at ServSafe.com. To register an account follow the instructions below:

After creating an account and logging in on ServSafe.com click on ServSafe Manager > Take online course > scroll down to the section "REDEEM COURSE KEY". Enter the key you received in the email. When entering the key make sure you type it as is including dashes ("-").
View online course hardware and software requirements.
Course Key Tips:
  • If possible, copy and paste the Course Key into the Redeem field
  • Include the dashes
  • You may have entered the number 0 (zero) instead of the letter O/o
  • You may have entered the number 1 (one) instead of the letter L/l

After you finish the online course please come to our Boston or Woburn location as chosen during registration for proctored online exam.

  • Exam location can be changed between Boston (265 Franklin st) or Woburn (800 W. Cummings Park). Exam date can also be changed. Exam should be completed within 90 days from the date of purchase.
